Saturday. Easter. Sick day. Busy day.

Hello Hello lovelies.
  What a weekend. Saturday J and I had thee best day together, which I covered in my last post. We have yet to hear anything back about the house, but I am keeping my fingers crossed and my hopes high. :)

      Easter was alright. Not the best day, but it went by fairly painlessly. I got a little honest with my mother in-law after a couple drinks. Here is part of the conversation;

Everyone talking about hopefully future house

Me: I love it so much. So cute.

MIL: Yeah, it's kinda shabby on the outside.

Me: Oh the inside makes up for it.

MIL: Well I just don't think it's worth it.

Me: I do. It's adorable & I love it & it's close to J's work.

MIL: There is a house right across the street from us, for $650, that's $150 less than that house

Me: I would NEVER live that close to you.

::insert dirty look from husband::

Me [in hushed tone]: well I wouldn't.

Yes, I know. I am an ass. But she seriously drives me bonkers. It is hard enough to be nice to her sober, add vodka and some squirt- and I cannot hold my tongue, so instead I proceeded to stuff my face every time she came near me. Pray for me. :)

Yesterday- I was sick, stomach ache, headache, exhausted, body aches, pretty much death warmed over. I laid in bed and died most of the day & then remembered I had just bought a new book, well actually Justin bought me a new book. I had stopped, read the cover, opened it up, browsed a little more inside, and said Hmm, can wait for payday. Then when we got home, I was putting away our purchases from Target and there it was, House Rules by Jodi Picoult. Let me tell you people- I am addicted. It is brilliant. I love it. I don't want it to end, I am about 1/3 of the way through, and I want to just keep reading and reading. I even brought it to work with me, so that if I have down time and I can sneak it in. :) I say- Go BUY it NOW!

Today; I am feeling slightly better, I kinda secretly {well not secret now} wish that I was still sick, because the side of the company J works for, broke down, so he is off work and at home laying in bed more than likely & I wish I was there with him. So after work I am going to go work out, tan, and then head home for some cuddle time & good dinner with my hubby.

Alrighty loves, I am off to catch up on the blogging I missed yesterday, I can't wait to read what is going on in all your lives..oh & I need to post Easter pics. Mine aren't as good as Darcie's, but once they are posted, I will add them. :)

Some rather exciting news.

So as most of you know, J and I have been doing the whole one car thing for a little while now. It is not fun, I hate getting up at three something & trying to go back to sleep, getting up & get ready at someone else's house, waiting for a ride home from work, and then waiting some more for J to get off work and not getting home and into bed until nine something at night..sooo we are going to change our situation--- WE'RE MOVING!!!

Oh yes, you have no idea how absolutely excited I am. J and I have lived in the same house, from the moment we first started dating. It is about 13 miles from town, so we are at least 15 minutes from anywhere in Cottage Grove, 30 minutes from my parents house, and 50 miles from where J needs to go to work. The house we are going to move into hoping to move into is less than 5 minutes to where J meets the other guys he works with, they could even come right by his house and grab him, he is that close, and I would only be 15 minutes to my work, which is the same distance for me that I drive now.

Yesterday J and I did a walk through of it, and it is adorable on the inside, and I love it. I love the color of the walls, the bathroom is pretty awesome, big bedrooms, a huge pantry, the kitchen is adorable also and I love the set up of it. It is two bedroom & one bath. Has a huge backyard with a deck. A two car garage with a loft for storage. There is only one downfall- yes one. My laundry area is literally right in my kitchen. I am not really okay with that- but I can get a curtain rod and just cover that area up.

When we walked into the house, I could instantly see our stuff in the house, our pictures on the walls. I was in love & J thought it was pretty awesome of a house also. I really hope that everything works out and we end up getting it. Here are some pictures of it. The outside is a little beat up looking, but the inside is fabulous!!!

Is it not ADDDDORABLE?!!?!?!?!?!? Oh man, fingers crossed, hoping & praying to get the housssssse. :) :) :)

1. Showers or baths?
Depends on what I am doing, I shower every morning, except for this morning, I took a bath, after work I usually take a bath with my hubby. :)


2. Do you have any crazy urges?
Occasionally yes. Like the urge to binge eat/drink myself into oblivion. Or the urge to spend an entire paycheck online at target..on a future house. :)
3. What is one thing we don't know about you?
I secretly am so mad at someone in my family, that it makes me sick to be around them, yet I still go around them, and I am nice. I guess I am two-faced, but if I were to let the person in on my secret it would really hurt a lot of people involved.
4. Exercise..love it or hate it?
I love the feeling after I am done, and I feel as though I have accomplished something. :)


5. Do you think you have a good body image?
It could be better but I will not complain.


6. Flour or corn tortillas?
I figure if I am eating out, I should get what I love & that is flour. hehe.

7. How do you celebrate Easter?

Well, this easter, I am at work until noon & then I am going to rush home, change and possibly go to my sister in laws. There is a huge party up there, like 75+ people. Tons of food, 20 dozen real eggs and about 2500 fake ones, loaded with candy & money.



8. Hard boiled Easter eggs or plastic eggs?

fried rice. :) :) :)

Outside my window..the sun is shining--currently--10 minutes ago it was hailing.

The time is..about 1:20pm
Today I feel..ready to be off work & ready to go out tonight.
I am thinking..I would love another sugar free red-bull but this time with vodka. hehe. :)
At the moment, I am thankful..for my job & that J and I have found a cute house to move to. :)
I am going..to run home & get ready to go out tonight.
I am wearing..jeans & a tank top..uggs.
I wish..my hair would have behaved this morning.
I am reading..the partner by uhh..john grisham- still. i just found it.
I am working on..finding a house.
I am hoping..to get the house that i just found and think is adorable.
I am hearing..the emergency room.
Around the house..is messy.
I bet you didn't know..I used to ride horses..and I was good.

Oh yes! Justin and I both do. We were belting out Avril Lavine-Girlfriend just the other day.

No. Never. Home. My mom's. My grandma's. That is all.

Day 7; diet && a little bit of sunshine. :)

Today is day seven of thee diet; I have all my food intake written down, I just havn't been doing very good at getting it all on here.

Yesterday when I did my "Know Your Numbers", the lady who went over my numbers with me, told me I need to be eating about 200 calories a day, whether I am working out or not. It is not good to eat over 2000, but I totally had thought I needed to eat less calories. No wonder I have been a hag lately..I have low-blood sugar to begin with and I essentially cut out a meal. Currently I am just eating healthier lower calorie food, and it takes a lot of food to get to 2000. :) Which is good, cause some days I am starvin-marvin.

I have splurged today & got a mocha, but I also ate a banana. :) So kinda healthy..right. hehe. Also, I am starting to get sick, yesterday I had the chills, and today I have a headache [before the mocha], my eyes are killing me, and I am so tired I can barely keep my eyes open. I know I know. I am a whiner, please kick me.

Tomorrow;  I get to sleep in! Do you!? I do. Not late, but I do NOT have to wake up at 3:50 in the morning, I get to wake up at 5:20, shower and go back to bed, get ready at my own house & drive myself to work. Woot-Woot. J and I made it through another week of us both working & only having one car, without killing eachother from exhaustion of getting up at 3 and not going to bed until 9 something. But I am so looking forward to the weekend.

Justin's family does a hugggge Easter event. I am cooking two different things, Wakiki Meatballs & Bacon Wraps. Maybe I will do a photo blog of the cooking & I will definatly take pictures of the big Easter shin-dig. I have no idea what J and I are going to wear. I need to have my white coat dry cleaned..somehow something leaked in my back seat in the car and it got some yellowey stain on it. That has probablly set and will never come out and it's ruined forever, because I am a slacker and havn't had the ambition to go get it cleaned. Loser- I know. :)
